The terms that govern your use of our site and store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of agentozo.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from OzoMD (“OzoMD,” “OZO LABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Products and cosmetic use
OzoMD products are cosmetic skincare intended to support the look and feel of your skin. They are not medical products. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images, and results are provided for general information; individual results vary.
As with any skincare, we recommend patch testing before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, under a dermatologist’s care, or using prescription actives, consult a professional before use. This is general information, not medical advice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We strive for accuracy, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even after an order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway at checkout; by submitting an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes.
Orders
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order, and to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you choose a Subscribe & Save option, you enroll in an automatically recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — approximately every 60 days, or at the interval shown at checkout — at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel.
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime using the link in any order email or by emailing info@agentozo.com, with no fees. To stop the next shipment, cancel before that order’s processing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already shipped. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice, which will apply to renewals after the notice.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see the Site for current shipping details.
Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: unopened items may be returned within 14 days; returns are arranged by the customer; exchanges are not offered.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and design — are owned by OzoMD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results from product use will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OzoMD and OZO LABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OzoMD, OZO LABS, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
