Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
This Privacy Policy explains how OzoMD (“OzoMD,” “OZO LABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or place an order on agentozo.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if given), and the contents of your order when you check out, subscribe, join our email list, or contact us.
- Payment information. When you pay, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. Card numbers are tokenized and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation and limited details such as the last four digits and authorization result.
- Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our providers automatically collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing and analytics data. We use tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and web analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure our advertising.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and manage subscriptions.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To send marketing emails and offers, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to measure and target our advertising.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Our advertising partners — including Meta — may use cookies or pixels to show you OzoMD ads on other platforms and to measure their effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many interest-based ads through your device or ad-platform settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — our payment processor, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers, and analytics tools.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, to deliver and measure ads, subject to their own policies.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OzoMD, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Payment security
Payments are handled through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your card information is encrypted and tokenized by the processor at the moment of entry and is never transmitted to or stored on our own servers.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here — including completing orders, honoring subscriptions and returns, and meeting tax, accounting, and legal requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
- Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
- Access and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@agentozo.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
